ENODA Expands Senior Leadership Team with Key Hires

• Malcolm Keys joins from Boldyn Networks

Edinburgh, 18 June 2025 – ENODA, a UK based company delivering leading edge innovation in energy technology, is delighted to announce recent hires to its senior leadership team.

Malcolm Keys joins as Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for defining and executing ENODA’s commercial strategy. Malcolm will lead the commercialisation of ENODA’s innovations, and will collaborate closely with the Chief Technology and Chief Revenue offices. He will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion. Prior to joining ENODA, Malcolm was Group Business Development Director at Boldyn Networks. He led the company’s European market expansion, forging influential relationships with government entities and securing landmark deals – including a £2.2bn contract with Transport for London and a large-scale deployment of telecoms infrastructure in the City of Rome.

Adeodato Pinto joins as General Counsel, UK and Europe, responsible for advising the company, offering legal counsel on various business matters, including commercial contract negotiation, corporate governance, and risk management. Prior to joining ENODA, Adeodato held the positions of General Counsel and Secretary of the Company at the Efacec Group - the largest Portuguese solutions provider for the electrical and electromechanical sector. Adeodato has joined ENODA, confident in its vision and potential to drive meaningful change in energy systems.
