Struan Wilson
Human Resources Associate
Struan is responsible for supporting implementation of the HR strategy, including contract administration, ensuring an employee centric onboarding process, and implementing HRIS processes, covering all touch points in the employee lifecycle. Struan leads for HR on ISO 9001 implementation and is a certified internal auditor for the company.
With an MSc in Human Resource Management from Strathclyde University, Struan has a manufacturing background where he developed skills in employee relations and stakeholder management.
He enjoys the fast-paced, rapidly changing environment at ENODA, that enables him to influence strategy and develop further competence across all areas of HR.
