ENODA Welcomes Accomplished HR Leader to Help Drive Next Phase of Growth

ENODA is delighted to announce the appointment of Head of HR, Nicola Russell. 

Nicola joins ENODA with 25 years of global HR experience, largely in high-growth companies like Amazon and AWS, Slalom, and Microsoft.  

Most recently, Nicola held senior leadership roles at Payoneer and Siemens Energy. Nicola has deep expertise in talent management, organisational effectiveness, and people strategy, and is passionate about building companies and teams that thrive as they grow. 

Nicola is a dual UK/US citizen and moved from Seattle to Edinburgh 5 years ago with her family.
